What is the Amplifier?
How it works.
The Amplifier runs in four phases over your first six months. Here's what each one gives you.
Phase 1
Foundations
Weeks 1 to 4
You walk away with your values, your mission, and a goal-setting process that gets clients picturing their life three years out instead of counting down to a finish line. The same process you'll run every client through from now on.
A client bought into a three-year vision doesn't quit at month three. This is where retention starts, on day one.
By the end of this phase you will have
- A defined mission statement, the purpose behind your service and business and rules that you operate by
- Your own three-year vision of what you want your life and business to look like, reverse engineered down to daily actions
- A solid goal setting process implemented into your service, designed to increase both retention and adherence

Phase 2
Build
Weeks 5 to 10
You walk away with a fully built onboarding process tailored to your clients, plus a stack of coaching tools that turn your service from "a plan and a weekly check-in" into an actual experience.
Clients who get fast early wins stay longer and start referring people. This is where the leaky bucket gets plugged.
By the end of this phase you will have
- Your perfect onboarding process designed to help clients hit the ground running
- Circuit Breakers, a powerful tool that interrupts clients' behavioural patterns
- A clear way to set expectations with clients, and hold them to them to stop them veering off track

"This is about proper coaching, not just collecting data. I'm enjoying coaching more than ever, and it shows in my retention."

Phase 3
Compound
Weeks 11 to 16
You walk away with the skills to keep clients moving through the bits where they normally quit. The dips, the self-sabotage, the weeks progress feels invisible. The exact moments that cost you clients right now.
Keeping clients through the hard months is the difference between a four-month retention and a twelve-month one. Same client, several times the value.
By the end of this phase you will have
- A full understanding of client motivation, how it works, and the tools to develop it
- Specific tools to help you end self-sabotage
- Completed your first 12 week sprint on your own goals

Phase 4
Amplify
Weeks 17 to 26
You walk away with a tailored check-in process, a 12 to 18 month client journey mapped end to end, and a feedback loop that keeps improving the whole thing. A service that's genuinely hard to leave.
This is where it all compounds. Clients stay for the long haul, refer more, and your income stops depending on how hard you marketed that month.
By the end of this phase you will have
- Specific tools to help you rewire limiting beliefs
- Your perfect check-in process, designed to keep clients engaged and progressing
- A custom 12 month client journey and process, designed to increase retention significantly
